1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing royal47 as your entertainment platform. This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the royal47 platform, including our website, mobile app, and all services we provide to members in Malaysia.

2 Member Eligibility

• Not a Royal47 Employee: Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to be active playing members on the royal47 platform, in order to avoid conflicts of interest.

Royal47 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at royal47. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration — including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a violation that may result in immediate account closure.
• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your royal47 account password confidential. Royal47 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
• Updating Your Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your phone number or payment details should be reported to royal47 support promptly.
• Account Verification: Royal47 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or in specific cases that require additional verification.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Royal47 offers a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian players. All transactions are conducted in MYR with no currency conversion fees.

The deposit methods currently accepted by royal47 are as follows:

• DuitNow (QR and bank transfer) — processed within 30 seconds

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount is subject to limits set by the chosen payment method and the member's account tier. Royal47 reserves the right to adjust these deposit limits from time to time without prior notice.

5 Withdrawals

Royal47 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request has been submitted and verified.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM 50.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. If you deposited via Touch 'n Go, your withdrawal will be sent to the same Touch 'n Go account.
• Identity Verification: For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits, royal47 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Bonus Rollover Requirement: Any balance containing a bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus comes with a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover condition will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

7 Game Rules

• RNG System: All slot games and digital casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by third-party bodies. Every game outcome is random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including royal47 itself.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are hosted in real time by professional dealers. Outcomes announced by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• Multiple account ownership by the same individual
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of unauthorised automation software or tools (bots) in gameplay
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at the royal47 support team

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting royal47 support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete, subject to any applicable rollover requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

Royal47 is not liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:
